Acceptance of Terms

By accessing techspottrading.com or engaging TechSpot Trading LLC as a wholesale supplier, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

Wholesale Ordering Terms

All pricing is shared on a per-enquiry, wholesale basis and is not published publicly on this site. Minimum order quantities, payment terms and lead times are confirmed at the time of enquiry and are subject to change based on stock availability.

Payment

Standard payment terms are advance payment or letter of credit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Revised terms may be extended to established partners on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Risk

Shipping method, incoterms and transfer of risk are agreed per order and confirmed on the applicable commercial invoice or sales contract.

Warranty

Products are covered by the relevant manufacturer warranty. TechSpot Trading facilitates warranty claims for authorized lines but is not the manufacturer and does not extend warranty terms beyond those set by the brand.

Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products we distribute. Nothing on this site implies endorsement by those brand owners beyond an authorized distribution relationship where stated.

Limitation of Liability

TechSpot Trading LLC's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
